A big thank you to the Smith PTO for funding a project Smith sixth graders will be completing in art class.
The students have been studying the elements of art as they relate to the artwork of Andy Goldsworthy. As a culminating part of this lesson, students went to Houk stream to create art with nature.
Thanks to the funding from Smith PTO, the students will be able to take their art one step further. They will learn about photo editing and their final photos will be printed in poster size.
